Eric W. Greenberg

Director

Eric joined Neyer Holdings in 2013 to enhance both the Neyer Holdings and Saint Francis Group teams. For Saint Francis Group, Eric focuses on pre-development research and market analysis, grants and incentives, and tracking public policy. Eric employs that skillset on behalf of Neyer Holdings as well.

Eric began his career working for a regional non-profit in the capacity of community building and fundraising, and has also advised political campaigns and managed a small portfolio of residential investment properties. Eric has been engaged in local politics for over a decade and continues to be an active volunteer in the Jewish community. Eric is a member of the Miami University Hillel Board of Directors and serves as an advisor for Career Cincinnati.
